Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the
following terms and conditions.

2. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
2.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email with a booking
reference number.
All bookings are subject to availability and the supplier’s terms and conditions.
2.2 Payment
We accept major credit cards. You must provide accurate billing details.
In case of declined or incorrect payment information, Janco reserves the right to cancel the
booking.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the specific resort, airline, or service provider.
Some bookings are non-refundable or may incur cancellation and “no-show” fees.

2.4 Cruise Holidays
Deposits are non-refundable. Cruise holiday cancellation fees can be up to 100% depending on
notice period.3. Promotional Offers
Promotions are subject to availability and may include blackout dates. Cannot be combined with
other offers unless stated.
4. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you possess valid passports, visas, and transit documents.
Passports generally must be valid for at least 6 months from your return date. Janco will not be held
liable for denied boarding or entry due to invalid documentation.
5. Health & Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. You are responsible for checking immunization and
health requirements with your physician.
6. Airport Taxes
Some airport taxes may not be included in ticket prices and must be paid at departure.
7. Website Usage
7.1 Booking Conditions
All website bookings are governed by supplier conditions in addition to these terms. Errors in pricing
due to system issues will not be honored.
7.2 Currency Conversion
Currency rates are approximate and subject to change. For financial decisions, please consult a
qualified advisor.
7.3 Security
We use SSL encryption to protect your personal data. Despite all efforts, Janco is not liable for
unauthorized access unless caused by our gross negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of Janco Travel & Tourism L.L.C. or its licensors. You may not
copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Janco shall not be held liable for: Indirect or consequential loss. Loss due to third-party errors
(resorts, airlines, etc.). Temporary unavailability of the website.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Janco harmless against any claims arising from your use of our
website or breach of these terms.11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
12. Modifications to Terms
Janco reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on
our website and take immediate effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and
Janco Travel & Tourism L.L.C.
